Sarah Coppola, founder and principal of LTGI Communications, is a communications professional with fifteen years of extensive experience delivering successful content and strategy for: leading pharmaceutical, nutrition, wellness, food and beverage companies; hospitals; academic health institutes; and a variety of healthcare and wellness professionals. As a freelance writer, Sarah’s articles have appeared in several health/wellness, culinary and travel websites and magazines.

A former (but forever at heart) New Yorker, Sarah currently resides in Portland, Oregon with her husband and works with clients locally and across the country and globe.
