Sarah Leppo Coppola

Sarah’s writing and communications expertise is built on more than sixteen years of industry experience and a lifelong passion for both language and health.

Following progressive roles in the editorial department of Hyperion Books, the creative and healthcare practices of Ketchum Public Relations, and Chandler Chicco Company in New York City, Sarah founded LTGI Communications to continue serving clients during and after a cross-country move. Since 2011, she has delivered compelling content and provided strategic communications and public relations counsel to a diverse array of prominent clients across healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, food and nutrition industries, as well as working with wellness professionals, book publishers and academic institutions.

After graduating from the University of Vermont in 2006 with a B.A. in English, Sarah continuously expands on her education and training. She earned a certification in nutrition through the Ketchum Nutrition Certification Program developed in collaboration with Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, is certified in integrative nutrition and wellness coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and is a Yoga Alliance-registered yoga instructor (RYT 200). Sarah continues to build upon these achievements through her pursuit of ongoing extensive health-, nutrition- and yoga-centric coursework and study.

When she isn't working, you’ll often find Sarah spending time with her husband and their toddler and Tibetan terrier, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, perusing the cookbook section of a local bookstore, brewing a pot of tea, experimenting in the kitchen, practicing yoga, reading, and connecting with family and friends.

Sarah and Peter are co-owners of Let the Good In LLC.
