Sarah Coppola, founder and principal of LTGI Communications, is a communications leader with more than sixteen years of extensive experience delivering successful content and strategy for: leading pharmaceutical, nutrition, wellness, food and beverage companies; hospitals; academic health institutes; and a variety of healthcare and wellness professionals.

As a freelance writer, Sarah’s articles have appeared in several health/wellness, culinary and travel websites and magazines.

A former (but forever at heart) New Yorker, Sarah currently resides in southern Connecticut with her husband, toddler son and dog, and works with clients locally and across the country and globe.
